This is the first example of an image that has been found to resemble the biblical text of the Vulgate, the ancient Greek and Latin text of ancient Jewish and Christian scripture.CNN affiliate WGAL reported that a man in a New Jersey synagogue was approached by a woman and told to put on a headset and take down the image.
The woman told the man that he could not use the image because it was from a copy of the Bible.
CNN reported that the man responded that he didn’t have a copy.
But that didn’t stop the woman from asking him if he had a copy and if he could put it in his Bible, WGN reported.
She told the caller that the image appeared to be from the book of Psalms and the woman said she could read the words from the original.CNN also reported that two other Bible manuscripts have similar faces, which are also identical.
The image appears to have been created in 2007.
The Bible’s oldest book, the Old Testament, is considered to be the most sacred document in Judaism and Christianity.
